Strange Attractors: charm between art and science
Strange Attractors: charm between art and science was an exhibition of Australian new media art held at the Zendai Museum of Modern Art in Shanghai in August, 2006. Julie Ryder, Canberra-based textile artist, was selected to participate in the exhibition and travelled to Shanghai to install her work and attend the opening. Craft Australia commissioned Ryder to write an article and the following is a preview of artists' work selected for the exhibition.
